The studio
The studio is brand new, fully furnished and designed for comfort and convenience, whether you are staying a few days or a few months.
The living area doubles as a home office: a large desk, a comfortable chair, 800 Mbps Wi-Fi, a 50" 4K QLED TV and an 18,000 BTU split air conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction cooktop, range hood, fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker and toaster, right next to a dining table.
There is a double bed, bed linen and towels are included, and the bathroom has a heated towel rail and a hair dryer. The laundry area has a washer-dryer and a ceiling drying rack.

Viva Trindade: everything under one roof
The studio is in Viva Trindade, a mixed-use complex with an Angeloni supermarket, a pharmacy, cafés, a food court, a laundromat and shops on the ground floor. It is the detail guests praise most: you can shop, eat and take care of daily errands without getting in a car.
Guests can also use the shared areas, such as the gym, study room and quiet lounge, following the building rules. Access to the building is by biometrics and an electronic front desk.
Location
Trindade is a residential university neighborhood in the central part of Santa Catarina Island. The studio is next to the main campus of UFSC (Federal University of Santa Catarina) and across from the University Hospital (HU), a few minutes from Villa Romana Shopping (formerly Shopping Iguatemi) in neighboring Santa Mônica.
From here it is easy to reach Lagoa da Conceição, the beaches on the east side of the island and downtown. The Trindade bus terminal (TITRI) is a few minutes away and connects the neighborhood to the rest of the city.

How many guests can stay?
Up to 2 adults. One child up to 12 years old can also stay if arranged with the host in advance.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in from 3 pm. The building is accessed by biometrics and an electronic front desk, and the apartment opens with a keypad code. Instructions are sent before you arrive. Checkout is by 11 am.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is a garage in the complex, but it is not included in the nightly rate and is paid separately on site.
Is the internet good enough for work?
Yes. The Wi-Fi is 800 Mbps and the studio has a large desk with a comfortable chair. The building also has a study room.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are always welcome, in line with Airbnb rules.
